Accommodation Rules

DEAR GUESTS!

We would like to ask you to keep the rules and accommodation regulations of the Basilica Pension during your stay here.


Accommodation Rules and Regulations

Rooms are available from 2.00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us. You must check out at 11:00 pm on the day of departure. You can extend your stay, if there is no reservation on the room that day.

Hotel room extension cost: contact us at the reception.


Room key

As soon as you fill the reservation form you will get the room key.


Pets

Only small animals will be allowed. Please send your request in advance.

3 000 Ft/night.


Accommodation and basic services

This accommodation includes: buffet breakfast, unlimited access to the wellness (Finnish sauna, jacuzzi (hot tub), infrared heat cabin and a stream sauna cabin). Bath - gown and towels are availa-ble in the rooms. Furthermore, we offer a discount of 10% to the Csülök restaurant and a discount of 20% to the Aquasziget Esztergom.


Safety

The pension is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, documents and valuables.


Consumption

There is a minibar with snacks and drinks in it for guests to use. The guest is charged for goods consumed when checking out of the pension.


Individual electrical tools

The use of individual electrical devices and tools which may cause fire or explosion is forbidden.


Laundry and Ironing services

During the stay you can take advantage of the pension's laundry and ironing services for a fee. The hotel reception can provide detailed information on these services.


Fire prevention and protection

Guests who stay at the pension must comply with the hotel fire safety requirements and rules.


Smoking

There is no smoking allowed inside the pension. If you are a smoker, you can smoke in the pension's garden.


Personal calm

The clients must not disturb other guests, mainly after 10.00 pm.


Leaving the room

The guests are kindly asked not to take away pension's belongings, things and items.


Problems and defects

Clients are asked to check the conditions and functions in the room. If you find any problems or defect in the room, please contact us at the reception as soon as possible.


Damages

In case of damage to the pension property caused by the client, he or she is obliged to pay compen-sation for damage.
