Cancellation fees:

100% of the price of the ordered service if you cancel less than 1 day before arrival.

1. Prices and services

Prices displayed on the website and in other information materials, informative prices of pensions and services provided by the pension. However, the guest is governed by the price of the voucher or receipt. The prices and services included in the coupon are the terms of the contract. In the case of Vis Major, the owner of the property is entitled to change the conditions he gives.

2. Cancellation of guest

Guests have the right to cancel their reservation at any time prior to arrival. To cancel it, please send an email to info@bazilika.eu. The cancellation time is determined by the time the email was sent
In case of cancellation of larger groups it is possible to agree an individual cancellation fee.
The property will not charge the guest a cancellation fee in the following cases: family death; a guest or relative who needs hospital care; severe disease; military invitations; in the event of a natural disaster. The guest must inform the property in writing no later than 3 days after the occurrence of the above mentioned facts and confirm the occurrence.

3. Validity

The conditions form an integral part of the reservation and vouchers.
