The utilization of the offer is conditional upon the payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total accommodation price within 5 (five) days of making the reservation.
Important Provisions:
1. Rules Regarding Deposit Refunds:
Once the deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable. However, the reservation date can be modified at any time during the calendar year 2027, in which case the deposit remains valid.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If the reservation is canceled up to 3 (three) days prior to the planned arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. However, the reservation date may still be modified under the conditions outlined above.
3. Consequences of No-Show, Non-Cancellation, or Failure to Modify:
If the guest pays the deposit but fails to arrive at the accommodation, does not cancel the reservation by the day of arrival, and does not request a modification of the reservation date, the accommodation provider is entitled to a penalty of 100% of the total accommodation price.
4. Non-Payment of the Deposit:
If the deposit is not paid within 5 (five) days of making the reservation, the accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
By accepting these terms, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the above conditions as binding.
